A sale is attributed to Consistent Cart if a customer completes their purchase within a 72 hour period after the delivery of any outbound messaging to that customer (e-mail, push notification or SMS). For stores outside of the US, we will convert your extra sales from your primary currency into USD in order to determine the tier.
Every new customer is given a 7 day free trial of Consistent Cart. You'll be under the Pro plan during the free trial, and once the free trial ends you'll be placed under the same plan unless you switch your plan. Note that SMS charges are billed separately and not included in your free trial.
Absolutely. Our smart auto stop technology ensures that as soon as a sale is made the sequence is stopped and the customer does not receive any further messaging.
Yes. There are no long term contracts with Consistent Cart. You can cancel at anytime. We simply charge you for the extra sales made up to the time of cancellation.
